Real-size tests of :

- Colourings
- Shellfish and fish minced meat
- Surimi base of different origins and grades
To develop
To develop new tastes and savours, new aspects and textures in the field of food innovations in co-operation with Institutes and New Technology Centers.
To offer technical assistance
To offer technical assistance to food industries giving them the opportunity to use this experimental laboratory intended to elaborate new products in trial series.
