Saffroned Krill Cakes
Gâteaux safranés au Krill


Ingredients for 4 persons  
 
Shrimp flavour P-11225 25 g
- Reference ACTIV P-11225 Sample
Krill Meat (defrosted) 200 g
Wholemeal flour 200 g
Corn starch 20 g
Butter 80 g
White wine 5 cl
Liquid cream 5 cl
Eggs 3 pieces
Yeast baking powder Q.S.
Saffron powder, salt, pepper, chives and other spices Q.S.
 
Preparation :

Crumble krill meat, season with saffron powder, salt, pepper, chives, spices and stir.
Pre-heat the oven at 180°C/356°F.
Whisk eggs, white wine, liquid cream, butter. Then add wholemeal flour, corn starch and yeast baking powder.
You should obtain a mixture of an even consistency. Blend with krill meat preparation.
Bake 30-35 minutes at 180°C/356°F.
