Mediterranean-style Fish Soup
Bouillabaisse à la méditerranéenne


Ingredients  
 
Natural Bouillabaisse Culinary stock 3183 300 g
- Reference ACTIV 3183 Sample
Water 660 g
White roux 40 g
White fish fillets 300 g
 
 
 
Preparation :

Mix the « Bouillabaisse » Culinary stock 3183 and water together and bring it to a boil.
Add white roux and have this cooked for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the fish and cook this mixture for 3 to 4 minutes.
Then homogeneize the mixture with a blender.
