Lobster Bisque

Ingredients  
 
Natural Lobster Culinary stock 3171 300 g
- Reference ACTIV 3171 Sample
Water 570 g
White roux 30 g
Fleurette cream 50 g
Unsalted Butter 50 g
 
 
Preparation :

Mix all ingredients together except butter.
Bring this mixture to a boil on the stove top.
Then add the white roux and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and add butter.
